Complimentary courier services will be offered for Spa retail purchases above CAD 300 or gift card purchases above CAD 500. For any Festive Desk purchase exceeding CAD 1,000, complimentary same-day courier service will be provided.

Alternatively, guests are invited to book a virtual personal shopping appointment to further enrich their experience and view products in greater detail. As such, a designated Four Seasons personal shopper will connect with guests in real time via their preferred method of communication. At this time, and in keeping with local regulations, walk-in Festive Desk experiences are welcome. All guests entering the Hotel are subject to a thermal temperature screening and will be asked to wear a facial covering or mask at all times. Upon arrival, guests will be directed to the Festive Desk where a representative will walk them through the unique digital catalogue experience. All paid items will be available from inside the Hotel’s vestibule at a scheduled time. All payments can be made via secure payment links.

Festive Feast

Available from now to December 31, 2020 and best enjoyed from the comfort of one’s home, the outstanding Four Seasons Hotel Toronto culinary team will take care of this year’s holiday meal planning. Families can order a Turkey Festive Feast valued at CAD 255, a Turkey Festive Feast with a House Red Wine Pairing for CAD 295, a Roast Beef Dinner for CAD 345 or a Ham Dinner for CAD 345. All varieties include an array of traditional side dishes. Perfectly pair the meal with sommelier’s wine selections before finishing on a sweet note with an apple crumble pie or a mouth-watering chocolate hazelnut Yule log.

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto will also be launching a giveback initiative. CAD 20 from every Festive Feast purchase will directly benefit the Seeds of Hope Foundation, a nondenominational charitable organisation that is committed to providing warm festive meals for families in need.
