Après All Day at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

Kitzbuhel, Courchevel and Val De Saire. What do all these global destinations have in common? A post-ski party scene that is hotter than the slopes themselves. Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has officially unveiled its inaugural Après Ski Lounge, “Take Me to St. Moritz.” The inspired pop-up takes place in d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud, Yorkville’s celebrated street-level bar and lounge, and is open until March 30, 2020.

Poised to be the city’s go-to cocktail hub, and designed exclusively for Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, the destination’s decor is inspired by world-renowned luxury winter destinations ranging from Whistler to Switzerland. Some key highlights include a log cabin, cosy fur throws, a fireplace and a one-of-a-kind photo opportunity in a gondola courtesy of luxe alpine label Moncler.

In addition to specialty cocktails and beverages, guests are treated to an après-inspired menu created exclusively by the d|bar culinary team. The menu contains classics such as traditional French onion soup, raclette tartine, seasonal charcuterie, tartiflette and mouth-watering cheese fondue. Guests can enjoy these signature bites alongside creatively paired drinks dreamed up by lead mixologist Melissa Hart.
