New Year’s Eve Gala

“Rock in the New Year” at the Resort’s New Year’s Eve Gala. The elegant evening begins with a decadent dinner complete with crostini and cheese, risotto, seafood, salad and a carving station. Then grab a glass from the open bar before visiting the abundant dessert station. Next, hop on the dance floor as a live band serenades revellers into the New Year. And when the clock gets close to striking midnight, enjoy a champagne toast among friends and family.

New Year’s Eve at Flame Restaurant

For a low-key evening with lots of flavour, head to Flame Restaurant, where the restaurant’s signature menu will be enhanced with luxurious offerings including chilled seafood, fois gras, caviar, king crab and truffle caesar. To ring in the New Year, Flame will be serving an elaborate dessert buffet from 10:00 pm until 12:00 midnight for USD 25 per person.
