Vail, U.S.A.

To celebrate Thanksgiving, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is offering a delectable feast at Flame Restaurant, a Thanksgiving-To-Go that gives back to the Salvation Army and a seasonal pumpkin body treatment at the Spa.

Thanksgiving at Flame Restaurant

Expect the usual elevated dining experience at Flame Restaurant on Thursday, November 23, 2017 with the annual Thanksgiving feast. This year, Executive Chef Marcus Stewart has crafted a bountiful buffet featuring raw and salad bars, an impressive cheese and charcuterie display, pasta, tartare, house made soups and paella. The main attraction though is the carving station, which is complete with whole roasted Colorado lamb, roasted turkey, and bourbon and honey glazed suckling pig. Complement the main course with Thanksgiving sides such as mashed potatoes, pecan bourbon sweet potato soufflé, green bean and roasted porcini casserole, creamed spinach, grilled squash medley and squash casserole. Then make sure to leave room for dessert as the pastry team has created a menu worth indulging in from cranberry bread pudding to pecan and pumpkin pies, huckleberry cheesecake, house made fudge and more.

  • Seatings available 2:00 to 9:00 pm
  • USD 110 per adult; USD 35 per child
  • For reservations at Flame, call 970 477 8650

Thanksgiving at Home

This Thanksgiving, gather friends and family around the dining room table and let the culinary team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail do the cooking with the traditional Thanksgiving-To-Go. Enjoy a cornucopia of items such as a whole roasted turkey, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, brioche stuffing, green bean and porcini casserole and root vegetables. And if that wasn’t enough, there is also a sweet potato soufflé, charcuterie and cheese, roasted brussels sprouts, mixed greens, a kale and quinoa salad, mushroom ravioli, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, plus a pumpkin or apple pie. And this year, with every purchase, USD 35 will go the local Salvation Army to help those in need this Thanksgiving.

  • USD 175, serving 4-6 people; USD 35 from each sold Thanksgiving-To-Go will be donated to the local Salvation Army
  • For orders, call 970 477 8820 or email catering.VAI@fourseasons.com no later than November 20, 2017

Using a fine-grain sea salt scrub with honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin puree, your skin will reveal a glistening appearance, while diminishing dryness and fine lines.

  • 50 minutes, USD 175
