During the month of October 2019, Coin & Candor, the seasonally inspired California brasserie is partnering with the local chapter of Cancer Support Community to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research.

Located inside Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, Coin & Candor, (known for its wood fired dishes and locally sourced ingredients), will feature select menu items whereby USD 1 of each item sold will be donated to Cancer Support Community (Valley / Ventura / Santa Barbara).

Featured as part of the promotion is Bedrock rosé (USD 15) and Moët rosé (USD 36). The signature Baja red snapper with adobo and chimichurri (USD 27) and the 10 layer chocolate cake with pink chocolate curl (USD 13) will also be available for purchase and support of the global cause.

“We’re happy to take part by raising awareness and support for a cause that has impacted millions around the world,” explains Chef Jose Fernandez. “Our front of house team will proudly wear pink ribbons pinned to their uniforms during the month of October and our chefs will wear pink aprons to stand in unity with every person impacted by this devastating disease.”

Stir, the Hotel’s neighbourhood coffee shop will also do its part by selling pink lemonade and chocolate raspberry macaroons (USD 4) made by Pastry Chef Patrick Fahy.
