Kisses and Valentine’s Wishes at Coin & Candor at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village

Coin & Candor, voted “Best of the Southland” by the Los Angeles Times, presents a three-course, prix fixe menu in honour of Valentine’s Day.  

Offered Friday, February 11 through Monday, February 14, 2022 from 5:00 to 11:00 pm, Chef Jesus Medina’s menu features locally sourced ingredients and wood-fired dishes. Additionally, Coin & Candor’s all-day dining menu is available for a la carte options.  

Guests can savour local flavours while enjoying romantic views of the enchanting waterfall from the California brasserie’s sprawling patio.

Appetiser (choice of)

• Endive Salad, blue cheese marshmallow, cara cara orange, walnut granola, smoked apple vinaigrette 
• Scallop Crudo, yuzu kosho, pomegranates, citrus, cilantro, serrano. 

Entrée (choice of)  

• Lobster Tail, peas, turnips, potato, asparagus, lobster jus  
• Strip Loin, torpedo onion, carrot, braised endives  
• Fettuccini, wild mushroom, parmesan, black truffle

Pair of Hearts (choice of) 

• Chocolate Mousse salted caramel chantilly, extra virgin olive oil, Maldon salt 
• Raspberry Bavarian vanilla crémeux, balsamic coulis, candied lemon
