SIDECUT bar was recently ranked within the top ten for the Best Restaurant Bar for The Americas outside the US category by Tales of the Cocktails Spirited Awards.

Known as one of the world’s top cocktail awards, Tales of the Cocktails is the best spirits and bartender conference in the world. The non-profit organisation educates, advances and supports the hospitality industry and spirits education on a global scale.

In addition to the top-notch cocktails, SIDECUT offers guests a comfortable, inviting experience for guests, visitors and locals. Set apart from the crowds, in an Upper Village location at Four Seasons Resort Whistler, the bar is warm and welcoming, featuring legendary Four Seasons service from the talented team.

An extension of the bar and a refreshed locale for summer sipping, SIDECUT Patio invites guests to head outdoors to bask in the sun in front of the adorable Patio Camper. Making a splash since its debut last month, the Patio Camper features local brews, ciders, wines and various hues of sangria featuring Okanagan wines. Guests are encouraged to team up the sips with a wealth of tasty bites and sharing plates from Executive Chef Eren Guryel offering flavourful salads, tacos, sandwiches, flatbreads, pastas and more. The bar game at Four Seasons Resort Whistler was seriously elevated to match the peaks that surround the Resort this past winter with the launch of Spirit of the Mountains by Canadian mixology visionary Lauren Mote. The Spirit of the Mountains program represents mountain locales from four different quadrants of the globe, each with its own special secrets and unique qualities.
