Born in a small town in the North of Argentina, Rodrigo Romero was always fascinated by the big cities and especially Buenos Aires. He initially studied chemical engineering, but did not finish, choosing to move to Buenos Aires when the opportunity arose in 2007. A few months later he started working at Four Seasons, and within five months he was already part of the banquets family. The desire to learn and learn more about this new world of the hotel business led him to try new experiences in food and beverage, and room service, where he was a night waiter for 18 months.

Then a passion for sales, public relations and the rise of social networks and the desire to continue discovering and selling the Hotel led Rodrigo to the marketing and sales department, including among other projects the complete renovation of the Hotel that lasted 16 months. "It was a lot of work, in which together with the Director of Marketing we discovered new things and learned a lot of new things, selling the Hotel as a fresh concept. It was a very fun process."

Then came the opportunity to continue working from the back of the house and working for internal clients, and it was there that the opportunity to work in human resources was presented, where he also continued to learn a lot and focused more on meeting the expectations of his colleagues at the Hotel. His duties included hiring, training, internal event planning and everything related to day to day human resources.

When a new opportunity arose in the Hotel's Spa, taking into account the passion and dedication that Rodrigo dedicates every day to training and healthy living, he decided to take a new direction and put into practice all that he had learned over the years in the Hotel and add it to everything related to wellness to achieve a unique experience for members, local clients and Hotel guests.
