Nicholas Trosien joined Four Seasons Hotel Prague in 2022, rising from Executive Sous Chef to Executive Chef in January 2024. With a wealth of experience, his dedication to excellence and crafting unforgettable dining experiences defines his tenure.

Beginning his culinary journey washing pots in a Michigan restaurant at 15, Trosien's passion for the kitchen ignited despite the lack of glamour. Training at Le Cordon Bleu Miami, he refined his skills, a journey intertwined with meeting his future wife and mother-in-law.

Working under a James Beard award-winning chef propelled Trosien's career. Joining Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach in 2012 as Sous Chef, his journey took him worldwide, enriching his skill set and management style.

As Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Trosien aims to infuse vibrant Italian flavours into the culinary offerings. His commitment to excellence and passion for innovation drive him to create unforgettable dining experiences for guests.
