Allie Stoneberg assumed the role of Director of Communications and Partnerships for Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis in November 2021. A brand ambassador and spokesperson, she drives internal and external messaging across a variety of mediums. Allie is also responsible for cultivating the Hotel’s community relationships and initiating brand collaborations. In November 2022, her responsibilities increased to include oversight of the Hotel’s corporate social responsibility.

Allie emceed the Hotel’s Opening Day ceremony and luncheon on June 1, 2022. She also interviewed Four Seasons Founder and Chairman Isadore Sharp as part of his first official visit. A purpose-driven storyteller, Allie’s successes are rooted in her ability to connect with people, win hearts and initiate action.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Allie worked for ESPN. She began her tenure in 2008 as Monday Night Football operations coordinator and steadily expanded her responsibilities to a communications leader, assuming the role of an NFL lead in 2020. Over the course of 14 football seasons, she brought out the best in high-profile executives, athletes, coaches, broadcasters, and Hall of Famers.

As an NFL lead, Allie oversaw communications across ESPN’s portfolio of content. She prepared press materials, orchestrated interviews and media events and coached executives, commentators, and colleagues to promote and protect the brand in times of opportunity and crisis, including the first-ever virtual NFL Draft in 2020.

Passionate about equity and inclusion, Allie also initiated and led a cross-functional team to identify and share stories focused on the action colleagues and business units were taking to further social justice. 

Earlier in her career, Allie worked as a communications manager and senior publicist focused on Monday Night Football, the Pro Bowl, the Super Bowl, the NFL Scouting Combine and the NFL Draft. She also supported MLB All Star Week, the New York City Marathon, the Fantasy Football Convention, and the ESPYS.

Among her duties as Monday Night Football operations coordinator, she served as a brand champion hosting tours for ESPN clients, potential clients, guests, and executives.

Allie graduated from the University of Minnesota’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication summa cum laude. Her training in journalism ranged from representing the Miesville Mudhens baseball club, to working alongside the voice of the Gophers, to supporting staff at Euronews in London, England.

Allie maintains deep ties to the Twin Cities community as a catechist and lector at The Basilica of St. Mary and a mentor to journalism students and emerging industry talent.
