A veteran team member with Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts, Robby Delaney brings a wealth of hospitality management experience, ranging from his most recent role at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea to renowned properties in Denver, Beverly Hills and Seattle. At the Forbes Five-Star resort, Delaney is charged with ushering the acclaimed property into its next successful chapter, overseeing its strategic operations, profitability, guest services, food and beverage management, sales and marketing, and its many departments beyond.

Originally from Southern California, Delaney joined Four Seasons in 2007 as a Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara. He was soon promoted to Rooms Division Assistant Manager in 2008, and from there he continued to progress through the rooms division with positions at other Four Seasons properties across the country before becoming Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle in 2017. After a year, Delaney was promoted to Hotel Manager. He then moved to Maui to take on the Resort Manager role in 2020, further expanding his experience to encompass a complex Resort operation.

Arriving to Maui just before the pandemic, Delaney was instrumental in leading the team through the challenges of re-opening the Resort safely and welcoming guests back to travel during a time of great uncertainty. Delaney has developed genuine, deep-rooted relationships with employees, guests and partners. His drive for excellence greatly contributed to the phenomenal success of the Forbes Five Star awarded Resort.

Delaney holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University San Marcos. He is joined in Napa Valley by his wife Liann, their daughter Makena, and son Kai. Delaney is passionate about great food, wine, sports, and the outdoors, and enjoys the bounty and beauty of wine country.
