Hailing from a family of eight in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Chef Hector Llompart has always found joy, comfort and connection in hospitality and food. He began his culinary career as a line cook in a steakhouse before transitioning to pastry.

Throughout his impressive career, Chef Hector has worked alongside world-renowned chefs such as Jose Andres, and in luxury five-star hotels and restaurants, including seven years with Ritz-Carlton properties in Half Moon Bay, California; Washington, DC; Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico; and Carolina, Puerto Rico.

He joins the team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville from Four Seasons Hotel Miami, where he had served as Executive Pastry Chef for five years. Chef Hector’s extensive pastry skills span from plated desserts to elaborate chocolate displays, and he is known for infusing the traditional tropical flavours of his homeland into his exquisite desserts.
