Growing up in a military family, Tiffany Irwin spent 10 years overseas as a child. That exposure to different cultures and countries ignited a deep appreciation for travel and meeting new people that inspired Tiffany to pursue a career in hospitality.
Her first job in the industry was at the front desk of a Residence Inn by Marriott in Arlington, Texas, while she was in college. That sparked the beginning of a successful career in sales and marketing that has taken Tiffany to Texas, Nevada and now Tennessee.
Her tenure with Four Seasons began in Dallas, Texas, at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas as a Group Sales Manager. She served as the Director of Sales for Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas before joining the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville as one of the property’s first hires in January of 2022.
“Starting from the ground up was exciting to me,” says Tiffany. “I enjoy a good challenge and I knew there would be a lot of growth in the opportunity, but it’s rewarding to be able to put my stamp on the way we operate the office, build relationships, and put together the initiatives. Plus, Nashville as a city was a big part of the appeal. I am so excited about the growth of the city and the community here.”
As Senior Director of Sales, Tiffany oversees everything from individual travellers to corporate groups to special events in the Hotel. She delights in seeing guests experience everything the property has to offer, from the buzzing energy of Mimo Restaurant and Bar to the restorative treatments at the spa to the spectacular events spaces.
“The best part of my job is the people,” says Tiffany. “I love learning about guests in our first encounter and building relationships over time. There’s something very special about the history we have with repeat clients, and it’s such a joy to welcome them in time and again.”
