Starting his career as a chef de partie at the Hyatt Regency in New Delhi, India, Koushik Biswas found his passion for pastry design and creation. Throughout his career, he has continued to enhance the dessert experience at various hotel outlets, all while showcasing his talents by creating show-stopping desserts that are visually stunning and tasty. Over the years, he has won numerous awards for his desserts, including a gold medal for best plated dessert Aadhar Food Competition in Delhi in 2013.

He started his career with Four Seasons as an Assistant Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi Malaysia, overseeing the more than 150 festive amenities and requests in his first few weeks. Since then, he's stayed within the brand working at three other properties, including our Caribbean sister property, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla where he was the Assistant Executive Pastry Chef for more than three years. 

Since joining the Nevis team, Koushik has worked to create new dessert menus, enhance the overall amenities program and motivate and train the team on the skills he's acquired over the years. 

Guests are amazed by his attention to detail and his ability to create truly eye-catching desserts.
