Pachamama, or Mother Earth, is a goddess revered by Andean peoples since ancient times. In Incan mythology, she causes earthquakes, but she’s also a good mother who presides over planting and harvesting, and thus is often toasted before festive meals.

At the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, Pachamama is the inspiration for 100% natural spa treatments featuring the bounty of her harvest, including herbs, organic fruit, vegetable oils, natural dyes, thermal muds, Patagonian algae and Precordillera clay. The Pachamama Massage is a vigorous, deep massage using natural oils and 35 different herbs, including manzanilla (chamomile), arrayán (Chilean myrtle) and green tea.
