Westbank Grill’s New Chef Tasting Menus

Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole introduces four new curated dining experiences

Jackson Hole, U.S.A.

Westbank Grill’s Harvest area brings new reason to celebrate with its Chef’s Tasting Menus. Guests will experience a semi-private dining area with a dynamic open kitchen and an indigenous journey of both taste and design. Executive Chef Michael Goralski, Executive Pastry Chef Rhonda Ashton, and their teams have created a choice of four curated menus, highlighting seasonal ingredients and culinary excellence.

“We hope to take the thinking out of the experience as the concept is to really enjoy the time with those sitting around you. In this day and age, it’s so hard to not be distracted by all the outside noise and chaos. We want this dining experience to be about coming home, reconnecting and truly savoring the moment.” Says Chef Goralski

Upon arrival, guests are invited to leave their cellphones in a small decorative box, which is safely stored at the host stand to help guests disconnect from their devices. Dinner is presented in a three-part series, a starter, entrée, family style sides, and an interactive dessert presentation.

“It’s a story we are telling; We are the narrators and our guests, the audience. The dinner is detailed with interactive experiences from our main characters from our executive culinary team to our sommelier, Anthony Puccia who will captivate you with his narratives of lush vineyards while sipping on wine,” says Alexandre Mazoire, Director of Food and Beverage.

A minimum of 6 guests are requested and a maximum of 14. For further information or to book this experience, please call the team at (307) 732 5060.
