Set on 40 acres (16 hectares) of lush Sonoran Desert landscape, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North makes it easy for guests to take their fitness routine on the road – and outside. Taking advantage of Scottsdale’s more than 330 days of sunshine, the Resort offers a multitude of options for outdoor exercise, ranging from aqua fitness classes and yoga to guided hikes to Pinnacle Peak Park.

Float Fit

One part serious workout to one part serious fun! This total-body workout, performed on an aqua board in the two-tier saltwater pool complex, incorporate both yoga and Pilates moves. Guests can take in the beauty of the destination while working on balance, focus and conditioning.

Outdoor Yoga

The Resort offers a selection of weekly outdoor fitness classes. Begin the day with a flow yoga class, framed by saguaro cactus and the soft glow of the rising sun. Available on a seasonal basis, the popular Candlelight Yoga series offers an evening yoga class, followed by a glass of red or white wine over candlelight.

Hiking at Pinnacle Peak Park

Scottsdale is known for its majestic scenery and plentiful hiking trails. The Resort offers complimentary guided hikes to adjacent Pinnacle Peak Park as part of the weekly fitness calendar. The park also offers a variety of seasonal events, including interpretive tours, moonlight walks and astronomy talks.

In-Room Fitness

Guests booking suites will find a spacious outdoor patio, ideal for in-room fitness opportunities. The Spa will supply complimentary yoga mats and light hand weights, perfect for a morning warm up or evening wind down. Also available are Peloton bikes for an additional fee, ensuring guests never miss a ride with their favourite trainer.
