Travelling with a young family is fun but often challenging. While you want to introduce them to the sights, worrying about where to eat, what to do, and how to keep them entertained can plague a relaxing vacation with an abundance of stress. That’s where Four Seasons Hotel Seoul comes in: a welcoming city-centre haven that combines impeccable service and luxury with true family friendliness, including child-focused dining options, in-room amenities, a dedicated kids’ lounge and in-house activities, complimentary valet parking, walking distance to all the main sights, and more. We take care of the little things so you can focus on a family vacation that’s fun for everyone.

1. Easy Sightseeing for Everyone

Our prime location takes all the stress out of family sight-seeing trips with some of the city’s must-see spots within an easy stroll. Wander 10 minutes outside the Hotel’s doors to marvel at Gyeongbokgung, the largest of the five Grand Palaces built by the Joseon dynasty, also home to the National Palace Museum and the National Folk Museum. An easy 30-minute stroll from the Hotel takes you six centuries back in time to perfectly preserved Bukchon Hanok village: a vibrant maze of twisting alleyways, tea houses, and traditional dwellings. Other walking-distance delights include the peaceful escape of UNESCO World Heritage-listed Changdeokgung Palace with its secret garden; the small but quirky Daelim Museum of Modern Arts with its on-trend exhibitions, as well as plenty of restaurant options for hungry tummies.  You can even sight-see inside the Hotel thanks to the discovery of one of Seoul’s most famous ancient thoroughfares, Gong-jo-gil Street (dating back to the 16th century) unearthed during the building of the Hotel.

2. Stress-free Dining

As any parent will testify, dining out with kids can present a whole range of complications – not least what the little ones will eat. That’s why Four Seasons Hotel Seoul has implemented child-friendly dining in all its restaurants, with tasty kids’ menus, colouring books, high chairs and family-focused staff. Vast international buffet restaurant The Market Kitchen also features every child’s dream: a magical 24K gold chocolate fountain, where marshmallows and cookies can be dipped into delicious streams of white and milk chocolate.

3. Dedicated Kids’ Lounge and Inspiring Activities

Located on Level 10, the Hotel’s fabulously fun playground-like children’s lounge, Kids For All Seasons, offers an exclusive space for youngsters every weekend and on public holidays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (activities from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm with a lunch break from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm). Little guests can also enjoy a range of complimentary activities such as flower origami, photo frame crafting, pizza making, and play time with a teddy bear.

4. Little Touches, Full of Heart

On request, personalised welcome messages can be written on an in-room window as a sweet surprise, with optional kids’ toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and more enhancing the welcoming family-friendly vibe. Families can also choose from a range of paid add-ons to enhance their child’s stay, from a limited edition giant bulldog soft toy to pawprint-themed room décor.

5. Executive Perks

Too often when travelling with children, parents find themselves unable to enjoy the luxurious perks on offer. Not with Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, one of the few hotels in the city to allow youngsters access to the Executive Lounge. Parents can share the spectacular city views, personalised Concierge service, light supper buffet, and other executive luxuries with their children for just KRW 77,000 (inclucing taxes) for 6 to 11 year olds (complimentary for children under 6).

6. Shared Pampering

Family breaks are all about quality bonding time, and the city’s only Hotel-based Nail Bar is the perfect place to indulge in a little shared relaxation. Kids as young as four can experience grown-up glamour for themselves with the Hotel’s express kids’ manicure service featuring personalised nail art, brightly popping colours and disposable nail files.

7. An Indoor Glamping Experience with the Kids For All Seasons package

Inviting little imaginations to run wild, our Kids for All Seasons package includes a beautiful in-room kids’ tent complete with bunting and foldaway bed, with a personalised name board for the ultimate adventurous stay – inside! A firm favourite among the Hotel’s younger guests, the tents provide an opportunity for endless play and a private space to rest after a busy day. Tents are complimentary in any booked room as part of the Kids for All Seasons package and can be booked outside the package for a fee.
