Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas is dedicated to ensuring this holiday is memorable and magical despite different from years past. Guests and locals can spend less time in the kitchen and more time around the table with loved ones when allowing the culinary team led by Executive Chef Christof Syré to prepare holiday feasts to be enjoyed at home or in LAW this Christmas and New Year’s Eve.


Bring LAW Restaurant dining experience home with the Christmas-To-Go offering that includes a main dish selection (Traditional Roasted Turkey, Akaushi Roast Beef Ribeye Roll at USD 140 or Roasted Leg of Lamb at USD 110), shareable sushi and salad appetisers, sides and an Apple Cranberry Pie for dessert. Orders must be made through LAW by 5:00 pm on Sunday, December 20, 2020. All dishes are prepared in easy-to-transport containers and come with reheating instructions.

  • Pricing: USD 400 for entire holiday meal (serves 8); make it even merrier by adding a bottle of wine or Mimosa kit for an additional USD 65 per bottle.

The Night Before Christmas Dinner

Prepare for a long winter's nap with a festive a la carte holiday dinner in LAW. Enjoy a traditional Christmas Turkey and Ham Platter or select from specials such as Dry Aged Muscovy Duck, Roasted Lamb Rack or Portobello Wellington. Save room for Cranberry Cheesecake, a Yule Log, Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pie or Bread Pudding to satisfy the sweet tooth.

Christmas Day Brunch

  • Pricing: USD 95 adults (includes two Mimosas or Bloody Marys), 45 children (ages 12 and under)

Enjoy a special five-course prix-fixe brunch menu at LAW Restaurant featuring a selection of main courses including a traditional House Roasted Turkey and Ham Platter, Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass and Surf and Turf options. Executive Chef Syré has also included some of LAW’s most popular dishes from the brunch menu including a shared Seafood and Sushi Platter for the table, Brisket Benedict and everyone’s favourite: Churro Pancakes topped with dulce de leche cream sauce and a chocolate crumble.

New Year’s Eve Champagne Celebration Dinner

  • Pricing: USD 120 per person, includes a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival; make it even merrier by adding wine pairings to each course for an additional USD 60

Bid adieu to 2020, and ring in the new year Four Seasons style with a six-course prix-fixe menu in LAW, featuring selections including Seared Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio, Duck Raviolo, Pan Seared Seabass and Bacon Wrapped Pheasant Breast. Vegan options are also available. Conclude the final meal of the year on a high note with a Champagne Mousse Cake or a Boozy Fudge Brownie with Guinness Ganache, Baileys Chantilly and Bourbon caramel. Live acoustic entertainment will accompany dinner. End the evening by toasting to 2021 on OUTLAW Taproom patio under the stars, drink in hand and hearts full.
