Begin with a spring salad and seafood platter fit for a king with Alaskan king crab, poached shrimp and sushi sampler followed by Chef’s famous churro pancakes drizzled with dulce de leche crème sauce and chocolate crumbles. Select from Texas honey glazed ham sourced from family owned and operated Snake River Farms, rack of lamb or honey chipotle salmon before indulging in a coconut mango torte or mixed berry shortcake for a sweet ending to an unforgettable meal.
