Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas is decking its halls in preparation for a most memorable and magical holiday season. The culinary team led by Executive Chef Christof Syré invites guests to leave the stress and mess of cooking to the professionals, and gather with loved ones around the table to enjoy a festive feast in LAW this December.

Breakfast with Santa

Saturdays, December 4-18, 2021, 8:00-11:00 am

Santa Claus is coming to town and making his way to LAW for breakfast. Kids are encouraged to bring Christmas wish lists, or write a letter in the hotel lobby to let Santa know if they’ve been naughty or nice.

The Night Before Christmas Dinner

December 24, 2021, 5:00–10:00 pm

Prepare for a long winter's nap with a festive a la carte holiday dinner in LAW. Enjoy a traditional Christmas Turkey and Ham Platter or select from specials such as Duck’n Dumplings, Cowboy Lobster Cioppino and Crispy Striped Bass. Satisfy the sweet tooth with divine desserts such as an Apple Tarte Tatin, Hazelnut Soufflé, Pumpkin Indulgence or Locally Sourced Pecan Pie topped with white chocolate chantilly and brown butter custard.

Christmas Day Brunch

December 25, 2021, 10:00 am – 2:30 pm

Savour the flavours of the season with a five-course prix-fixe brunch menu prepared by LAW Restaurant Chef Paolo Gama. Begin with a Seafood and Sushi Platter for the table to share followed by a Frisée and Duck Prosciutto Salad. Choose from Butternut Squash and Chestnut Volute, Brioche French Toast or Brisket Benedict for a taste of brunch. Main course selections include a choice of Honey Glazed Roasted Turkey, Garlic Sea Bass, Pan Roasted Venison and Harissa Carrots.

Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos is making spirits bright with Santa’s trio of treats including Pumpkin Indulgence, Chocolate Peppermint Tart and Blood Orange Sorbet.

New Year's Eve Champagne Celebration

December 31, 2021, 5:30–11:00 pm

Ring in the New Year Four Seasons style with a six-course prix-fixe menu featuring a Wild Mushroom Duxelle Tartlet and choice of Akaushi Beef Tartare or Roasted Beet Carpaccio to start, followed by Acorn Squash Bisque. Main course selections include Turducken, Braised Beef Cheek, Poached Halibut and plant-based Coquilles.

Save room for one final indulgence of 2021 with a Bitter Chocolate Champagne Sphere made of chocolate cake, candied hazelnut and milk chocolate chantilly. Live acoustic entertainment will accompany dinner. End the evening by toasting to 2022 on OUTLAW Taproom patio under the stars, drink in hand and hearts full.
