Holiday Tea Returns to Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas

Pinkies up! The renowned Afternoon Tea experience at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas returns for the holiday season on Saturdays and Sundays, December 3–17 and Thursday and Friday, December 22–23, 2022, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. 

Resort guests and locals enjoy a traditional tea service featuring Ikaati hot teas paired with LAW Restaurant Chef de Cuisine Chris Dikovic’s savoury bites and Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos’ sweet delights in the Lobby Lounge with views overlooking the Resort Pool.  

The par-tea begins with a Grapefruit Sorbet with Prosecco and Cucumber Sorbet with Lemon Foam. Petite tea sandwiches follow, featuring a deluge of flavours including Japanese Cucumber, Herb Cream Cheese and Caviar topped with flecks of 24 carat gold; Grilled Chicken, Grape, Tarragon and Lemon Crème; Smoked Salmon Mousse with Beet, Roe, Dill and Chive; Egg Salad, Horseradish and Creole Mustard Aioli and a Crab Tart. 

A selection of butter and fruit scones served with Devonshire Cream, Lemon Curd, Artisan Butter and Le Must Jam prep the palate for dessert.  

Bite-sized Flourless Chocolate Cake, Strawberry Tart, Chocolate Banana Choux, Citrus Pound Cake and Mango Pavlova serve as an amuse bouche to Chef Bustos’ Farewell Cake. Bid adieu to a most memorable experience with the choice of Chocolate Decadence with Confit Orange and Grand Marnier; Red Velvet with Sweet Cream Cheese Icing; or Pecan Praline with Bourbon Glaze. 

Menu offerings change seasonally, and gluten free options are available.  

Ikaati, born from the Indonesian word “ikat” meaning “to tie by hand,” is a tribute to the founders' heritage and steeped in the Asian custom of sharing tea surrounded by family and friends. Select featured teas from three distinct collections: Nourish, Savor and Heritage. Ikaati uses ingredients crafted by nature and is certified organic by QAI, kosher and pareve.
