Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas is preparing for a most memorable and magical holiday season. The culinary team led by Executive Chef Tony France invites guests to leave the stress and mess of cooking to the professionals, and gather with loved ones around the table to enjoy a festive feast in LAW this December.

Breakfast with Santa

Saturdays, December 3–17 and Sunday, December 1, 2022, 8:00–11:00 am

Santa Claus is coming to town and making his way to LAW for breakfast. Kids are encouraged to bring Christmas wish lists, or write a letter in the hotel lobby to let Santa know if they’ve been naughty or nice.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner

December 24 and 25, 2022, 5:00–10:00 pm

Prepare for a long winter's nap with a festive four-course prix fixe holiday dinner menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Chris Dikovics. Begin with an Endive Salad topped with shaved Black Truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano followed by Sheep’s Milk Tortellini and Eggplant and Zucchini Carpaccio. Main course selections include a choice of Striped Bass, Veal Chop or Cauliflower Steak Piccata before indulging in a Decadent Chocolate Gianduja Bar with 24-carat gold, Valrhona dark and milk chocolate and hazelnut bark. Take home a mini boxed Panettone as the Chef’s holiday gift to the family.

Christmas Day Brunch

December 25, 2022, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Savour the flavours of the season with an extensive Christmas Day Brunch buffet menu curated by Executive Sous Chef, Eric Sakai. Enjoy salads and antipasto, Artisan cheeses and charcuterie, a Smoked Salmon and Bagel Bar and Lobster Bisque for the Soup du Jour to start. Seafood lovers rejoice over the Sushi Bar, Fresh Shucked Oysters, Jumbo Poached Prawns and King and Snow Crab Legs on the Fishermen’s Wharf Station. Interactive stations include Farmer’s Omelets, Chef’s Carving table featuring Bone-In Holiday Ham and Roasted Prime Rib as well as made-to-order Classic Risotto from Tuscan Tastes.

The Pastry chefs are making spirits bright with a dessert extravaganza! Santa’s Hot Chocolate and Candy Bar, Over the Moon S’mores, Warm Bomboloni Italian-style donut balls and a Warm Belgian-style Waffle station will leave guests dancing like sugarplum fairies all the way home.

New Year's Eve Champagne Celebration Dinner

December 31, 2022, 5:00-11:00 pm

Ring in the new year with a five-course prix-fixe menu in LAW accompanied by acoustic live entertainment from 6:00 to 11:00 pm. Prepare the tastebuds for an epicurean adventure that begins with Foie Gras Torchon, Duck Fat Potato with egg custard and caviar, and Squash Mille-Feuille. Cleanse the palate with a Vodka and Caviar Intermezzo before the main course. Select from Dover Sole topped with Sauce au Porc and Green Peppercorn or a six-ounce Prime Arrowhead Ranch Filet with Sauce Bordelaise, both paired with broccolini.

Dinner ends with the Executive Pastry Chef’s Chocolate Raspberry Baked Alaska and Flambéed Grand Marnier, but the celebrations continue into the evening. End the evening by toasting to 2023 on OUTLAW Taproom patio under the stars, drink in hand and hearts full.
