Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas Partners with Woodinville Whiskey for Annual Garden Harvest Dinner

The three-course family style meal with cocktail pairings will be held in the Four Seasons Serenity Garden

September 16, 2022,
Dallas, U.S.A.

Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas has partnered with Woodinville Whiskey to host the annual Garden Harvest Dinner on October 13, 2022. Guests will dine al fresco in the Four Seasons Serenity Garden adjacent to the Resort’s signature restaurant LAW.

Executive Chef Tony France and Director of Golf Course and Landscape Operations Anthony Williams, MG, CGCS, CGM, collaborated on ingredients to plant for dinner in March of this year. The three-course family-style dinner menu features organic herbs and produce harvested from the garden. Each course is paired with a Woodinville cocktail to complement the flavours of the dish. No tricks, only treats for dessert. Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos has prepared a whimsical surprise along with her famous Lone Star Cigar - a fan favourite and staple on the LAW dessert menu since its debut last fall.

About Woodinville Whiskey

The story of Woodinville begins with two best friends and a dream of making the greatest craft whiskey in the world by bringing the time-honored traditions of bourbon production into a craft environment - using the highest quality locally grown grains, the best barrels and coopers in the world, the most technologically advanced distilling equipment, and the mentorship of an industry icon, David Pickerell, former Master Distiller for Maker’s Mark. Awarded “Craft Whiskey of the Year” and “Craft Rye Whiskey of the Year” two consecutive years by the American Distilling Institute, Founders Orlin Sorensen and Brett Carlile’s dream is still very much alive.
