Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos has been nominated for a 2022 CultureMap Dallas Tastemaker Award in the category of Pastry Chef of the Year.
Each year, CultureMap hosts the signature event in honour of the top local talent in the restaurant and bar industry. The evening begins with a special tasting event and culminates in the annual Tastemaker awards ceremony. The awards will be hosted on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the Fashion Industry Gallery (FIG), where the Dallas winners will be unveiled. The beneficiary of this year’s event is Harvest Project Food Rescue, a volunteer-run non-profit that was started to fight food insecurity and food waste in the city of Dallas by rescuing surplus produce destined for the landfill and redirecting them to communities in need.
“I’m truly humbled by this recognition and honoured to be nominated alongside such incredible talent,” says Bustos.
