This Thanksgiving, celebrate at Four Seasons Hotel Denver with an expansive brunch and dinner buffet at the Hotel’s signature restaurant, EDGE.

Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet

For the first time, EDGE will offer a Thanksgiving Day Brunch Buffet on Thursday, November 22, 2018 with reservations available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Enjoy a bountiful buffet with breakfast options including a fresh pressed juice bar and bakery station with house-made breads and pastries. Enjoy eggs cooked to order, featuring sides such as hash browns, bacon, pork sausage and chicken sausage. Or, indulge on freshly crafted eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce. A carving station will highlight slow roasted natural tom turkey, USDA prime rib roast and Scottish salmon and scallop en croute. Guests will also enjoy a raw bar and seafood station, featuring choices such as jumbo shrimp, crab claws, freshly shucked oysters and smoked salmon. To end the feast, the Hotel’s talented pastry department will prepare a spread of desserts such as chocolate pecan tarts, caramel apple bites and spice pear panna cotta.

Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet

Later in the evening, give thanks with friends and family with a Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet at EDGE, available from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. The buffet will include Thanksgiving favourites as well as unique offerings such as a mezze and dip bar with hummus, spinach artichoke dip and mixed crudité. A salad bar will include options such as grilled pumpkin salad, caesar, hearts of palm or tomato and mozzarella. The buffet will also feature a raw bar, seafood station and carving station, with classic sides including buttermilk whipped potatoes, candied yams and more. Other offerings include a variety of cold cuts and artisanal Colorado cheeses, and a variety of unlimited desserts.

Both the brunch and dinner buffets are available for USD 95 per adult  including bottomless Mimosas, or USD 39 per child 12 and under.

Guests can take advantage of a variety of to-go dessert options available through the month prepared by the Hotel’s talented pastry team, including:

  • Black bottom pecan pie - USD 38, serves 10-12
  • Classic pumpkin pie - USD 34, serves 10-12
  • Signature hot chocolate with vanilla marshmallows - USD 20, makes 4 cups of cocoa
  • Pumpkin cookies - USD 15 for 8 cookies
  • Fall sugar cookies - USD 15 for 8 cookies
