Take Your Weekend Brunch Over the Edge at EDGE Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Denver
Denver brunch community rejoice! EDGE Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Denver launches a new weekend brunch concept and menu filled with savoury and sweet dishes, customisable libations, family-style sharable orders, fresh-fried donuts, a bevy of bacon options, cereal milkshakes, and more.
Every Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, guests will be seduced by the scent of fresh donuts wafting throughout the restaurant and hotel lobby as the EDGE pastry team fresh-fries delicious and playful donuts. Camera phones will be snapping away images of personally curated Bloody Marys (or Marias) by way of the new "Build Your Own Bloody" checklist, offering traditional and wild toppings including lobster tail, a wagyu beef slider, frickles, or a snow crab leg. Killer Cereal Shakes are a playful spin on cereal and milk(shakes), which combine favourite childhood cereals blended together with a splash of booze (virgin option available) and ice cream.
Exceptional brunch dishes, including traditional items such as the EDGE "Power of Three" breakfast or a Denver omelet are available; as are whimsical items such as blueberry cream challa French toast (awarded Best Sweet Treat at Denver Brunch Club’s 2019 BrunchFest), mojo pulled pork benedict, and banana bread pancakes. And then there's bacon - true to EDGE roots, the new brunch menu offers a range of bacon options from thick cut applewood-smoked bacon to English back bacon, house cured and smoked kurobuta pork bacon, and more.
Unique to the brunch menu are the family-style pairings, which cater to groups of two or more who want to try a variety of dishes by offering a sampling of menu items intended to be shared. The Mile High starts with citrus juice for two, along with smaller plates of the avocado toast, mojo pulled pork benedict, banana bread pancakes, a bakery basket with made-fresh daily pastries and a choice of side. The three pre-set family-style options can be customised for the number of diners.
