Executive Chef Simon Purvis and the culinary team at EDGE Restaurant & Bar are delighted to welcome back dinners to enjoy delectable culinary experiences at the city’s premier progressive American steakhouse. Operating under modified hours upon re-opening, EDGE Restaurant will be open for dinner service Thursday–Saturday evenings, beginning July 9, from 5:00 to 10:00 pm and Sundays for brunch from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. EDGE Bar, Denver’s dynamic see-and-be-seen bar, will be open daily from 11:00 am to 12:00 midnight offering a menu of favourite EDGE dishes, handcrafted cocktails, an extensive award-winning wine list, and craft beers. Hotel and spa guests lounging poolside can enjoy al fresco dining and beverages on the Rooftop Pool Terrace daily between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, and In Room Dining from the comfort of one’s guest room is available daily between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm with contactless delivery.
Tranquil Spa Retreat
The Spa will also reopen on July 7, 2020, with limited capacity and enhanced safety precautions, offering guests, residents, and the local community a relaxing reprise from the summer heat. Guests can treat themselves with the gift of self-care with a deep tissue massage, a luxurious manicure and pedicure at the Level 3 Salon or one of the Spa's signature experiences. The Spa will be open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and the Fitness Center will be available to guests between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm daily.

A key part of this service experience will continue to be the Four Seasons App and Chat. As one of the only industry platforms powered by employees on property, not chatbots, this award-winning service will further allow guests to control how they engage with employees.
