To commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Four Seasons Hotel Doha, in partnership with the Qatar Cancer Society, will be blushing pink throughout October 2017 with PINKtober, a pink-themed campaign to increase awareness about cancer disease and prevention. Until October 31, a portion of PINKtober proceeds will benefit the Qatar Cancer Society.
“Four Seasons is pleased to join in the fight against breast cancer with our PINKtober campaign,” says Andrea Obertello, Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Doha. “The campaign features a variety of delicious and innovative pink-themed food and beverage options to empower guests to ‘think pink’ and increase awareness for this disease, along with supporting the Qatar Cancer Society.”
In an effort to raise awareness, Four Seasons has developed a selection of pink-themed food and beverage offerings throughout three of the restaurants and lounges. In addition to the eye-catching pink-coloured culinary palette, featured menu items also infuse fresh, antioxidant ingredients, widely known for cancer prevention.
The PINKtober culinary highlights include:
- Seasons Tea Lounge – PINKtober Afternoon Tea, featuring classic afternoon tea such a scones and tea bread with strawberry rhubarb jam, grapefruit curd, pink-inspired pastries and savouries items
- Nobu Doha - PINKtober Afternoon Tea featuring sweet and savoury selections of afternoon tea with a Japanese twist; plus beverage of the month Pink Sangria featuring a delicious mix of grapefruit, strawberries, lime and orange, rose, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup
