Confident and capable, Naipaporn Panlamoke, Khun Aom, represents a changing of the guard within the management hierarchy at Four Seasons Resorts Thailand. Young, and blessed with an innate sense of balance and structure, she eschews a strong work ethic and is a welcome addition to the team at the Tented Camp Golden Triangle.

Having graduated in 2009 with a Degree in Business Administration (Hotel & Tourism Management) Naipaporn began her career as resort host at the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket, where she was tasked with maintaining guest relations and improving guest experiences. Working her way up to senior villa host and eventually assistant villa operations manager, she built a reputation as a conscientious team player with the Angsana Laguna Phuket. Naipaporn has an engaging personality, and prefers to lead by example, a quality that endears her to her colleagues. Always outdoors when possible, and constantly on her feet, she enjoys being at the forefront of all activity, "Every day is a new experience for me to learn, to grow," she says.

Moving to the Front Office as Assistant Manager with Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui in 2015, Naipaporn brought an efficiency to the role, inspiring the entire team with her vivacity. She believes that maintaining an overall structure is vital, so that daily operations can flow smoothly. Adept in people management, Naipaporn also spent a year as Assistant Director of Housekeeping in Koh Samui, where she helped to streamline operations and learned to delegate responsibilities.

As Assistant Camp Manager at Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Naipaporn is the pivot around which day-to-day functions revolve. She believes that while there will be many challenges going forward, it is her ability to adapt and innovate that will hold her in good stead.
