Chef Patrick Benedetti was born in the historical city of Florence, birthplace of the Renaissance and famous for its art, architecture and Tuscan cuisine. Inspired by his grandmother, he developed an interest in cuisine from a very early age and attended a culinary school from the age of 14.

Upon graduation from Ipssar G. Pastore College, Chef Patrick worked for several restaurants in Tuscany and in other regions of Italy. Fueled with passion for cooking and travel, he moved to Taiwan in 2010 where he was appointed as executive chef of a group of five restaurants featuring multiple cuisines. In Chef Patrick joined Four Seasons Guangzhou as Chef de Cuisine, at the all-day dining restaurant Caffe Mondo and he also oversees the Executive Club Business Center Lounge, The Atrium Lounge, and Dolcetto Italian Café and Bar.

Italian home-style cuisine remains his specialty. His love of cooking and getting together inspires him to create new dishes to share with friends and family during his leisure time.
