Jess Tober joined the Four Seasons family back in 2010 when she worked her way through food and beverage at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail. From there, Jess moved into restaurant management at Four Seasons Hotel Denver before entering the world of events. In the summer of 2017 she decided she wanted to experience a different part of the world so both her chef husband Stephen and she joined the team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. With Jess leading the banqueting team and Stephen working as Executive Sous Chef, they both fell in love with the whimsical English countryside.

Two and half years later, Jess was all set to take on a new role as Wedding Events Manager.  “I like to seeing the personality of each bride, each groom, and learning the dynamic between each couple.  I am excited for each moment from the first meeting to the big day with the couple, understanding their visions of their perfect day and making this dream come to life.  I cannot wait for each wedding day and seeing the culinary team presents a perfect plate to each guest, analysed and handpicked by each couple.”

When she isn’t working, Jess’ favourite way to unwind is to get lost in the countryside with her two Australian cattle dogs, cook dinner with her chef partner and enjoy a glass of wine in the kitchen.
