Sharkie’s Reef

Our fun-packed family adventure pool Sharkie’s Reef is a firm favourite with the young (and young at heart) complete with a four-metre (13 foot) slide, rotating umbrella fountain and bubble jets. Resident Pirate Bobby is also on hand for those starting their swimming journey, offering swimming lessons in the reef’s training pool. For those looking for something a little less splashy and a little more serene, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire also has a 20 metre (66 foot) conservatory pool hidden within the converted 18th century stable block spa, perfect for parents seeking a relaxing dip.

Riding

Start their love of riding and meet a host of loveable characters, at our onsite equestrian centre. Here, we offer a full program of lessons, hacks, carriage rides, and grooming experiences. Whether guests would like a full gallop across the countryside or a gentle hack around the estate, there is something for riders of all abilities. Riding experiences start for children aged three years. However, younger ones can still enjoy the fun with a meet and greet with our two mischievous Shetland ponies, Milo and Dougal.

Eating

To enjoy your day of fun activities at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, you’ll need plenty of fuel. Thankfully, the Hotel’s restaurant Wild Carrot offers a delicious and varied children’s menu, along with a served buffet, filled with tasty treats. For those wanting to explore our 500 acres (200 hectares), we also offer our fun picnic options, featuring a Winnie the Pooh package, complete with Nutella brioche rolls. And for when the parents want to enjoy a meal without the children, our concierge team can organise a babysitter with our choice of preferred babysitting agencies.

Kid’s Passport

There are so many activities at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, you won’t want to miss a thing. The best way to ensure your little one’s experience everything the property has to offer is with a special Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire passport. On arrival each child is issued with their very own kid’s passport including a map to the property, with fun facts about the Hotel and different challenges to complete during their stay.  On check out our Front Desk team will award a special prize for the completed activities.

After a day of exploring, you and your family can unwind in our recently renovated rooms. Perfect for multi-generation travel, rooms can be booked with adaptable sofa beds and additional cribs. For new parents, we offer a variety of baby friendly amenities, from nappies to changing mats.
