The Spa’s 2019 Visiting Wellness Masters program offers several unique experiences from energy healing and watsu water therapy to shaolin training. A series of visiting wellness experts to help guests rediscover themselves to achieve a more balanced and present state of mind, body and spirit.

Rashdy Ahmad: The Healing Hand, January 18-30, 2019
Known as "The Healing Hand," Malaysian-born Rashdy hails from a long line of healers: his father was a medicine man, his mother a midwife, and his grandfather practised traditional cupping using buffalo horn. Experience the traditional Cupping Ritual and spiritual energy of “The Healing Hand” of Rashdy Ahmad at The SPA. The treatments focus on individual needs and provide holistic comfort to truly release and reset the body.
Richard Girolami: Five Senses Therapy, February 25 – March 8, 2019
Richard Girolami from Hawaii has combined his diverse experience working with the human body into Five Senses Therapy. His methodology uses several complementary modalities to help people create balance, move towards optimum health and release old traumas stuck in the body.

Lomi Lomi aims to promote relaxation and provide spiritual and emotional benefits including the relief of anxiety and fear. It is based on the shamanic healing practices of the ancient Hawaiian Kahunas.

Yukako Kitajima and Toru Ogasawara: Watsu Water Therapy, June 24-30, 2019
Yukako Kitajima became watsu practitioner in 2005. She was the first watsu therapist to provide professional sessions in the spa in Japan. She is leading all masters in Japan with her talents, experience and deep understanding of therapeutic work. Her husband Toru Ogasawara also followed her steps to become an experienced watsu practitioner. Watsu is a well-known aquatic spa treatment in which the therapist floats clients in the warm water with massage and stretches.

Shi Xing Mi (Walter Gjergja) studies Kung Fu since age 13 and Zen since age 18. It is an ancient wisdom with modern times. He will provides the session with four different timings, starting from Early Morning (Awaken body by meditation), Mid Morning (energy by intensive physical training), Mid Afternoon (Yoga and Stretching) to Late Afternoon (Mindfulness practice and Tong Zi Gong) at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake.
Sheila Partrat: Kundalini Yoga, October 8-14, 2019
Sheila Partrat is a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, with more than 5,000 hours of training, personal practice, teaching, coaching and mentoring. She learned reflexology, meditation, yoga and feng shui in her early twenties while living in Asia, Jin Shin Jyutsu in her thirties and chakra and meridian balancing and intuitive/theta healing in her forties. None of them have come close to clearing issues and limitations quickly and easily as the Deeply Relaxing Body & Mind has.
