Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Achieves Four 5-Star Ratings by Forbes Travel Guide 2020
Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has once again been recognised with the Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star rating for the Hotel, Caprice, Lung King Heen and the Spa. This marks the 7th consecutive year that the Hotel has achieved these 5-star rankings.
“We attribute this to the team’s hard work and resilience, and the genuine care given to our guests who continue to make our Hotel their preferred residence in Hong Kong,” says Bill Taylor, Regional Vice President and General Manager. “An accolade is merely a representation of the standards that we deliver every day with consistency and with heart. We are extraordinarily grateful for the Forbes recognition as a validation of the efforts put in by everyone, from our spa therapists and servers, to chefs, guest experience team and housekeepers, as we manifest intuitive service and continue to create extraordinary moments for our guests every day.”
Star ratings are awarded by a team of anonymous professional inspectors who travel the world to assess hotels, restaurants and spas based on 900 objective standards. Star ratings ultimately emphasise quality of service. Five-star properties are defined as “outstanding, often iconic properties with virtually flawless service and amazing facilities.”
