From June 10 to 19, 2022, treat Dad to a themed staycation at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong where the scent of whisky fills the air. A Father’s Day chocolate cake infused with The Macallan Double Cask 12 years set the tone for the experience as the guests enter the room. Crafted with 70 percent dark chocolate, the bitterness of the cacao complements the unmistakable sweetness of American oak derived from the whisky perfectly, making it a true enjoyment. Take dad out on an indulgent meal at one of the best restaurants in the world this Father’s Day.

On June 19, 2022, three-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Lung King Heen will offer dedicated lunch and dinner menus for Father’s Day, with a separate selection of dishes for kids and adults to take care of different palates. Some of the signature dishes featured on the menus include Superior Pottage with Shredded Chicken, and Crispy Scallop with Fresh Pear, Shrimp Paste and Yunnan Ham.

Guests who come for the dedicated menus will receive a complimentary petite fragrance and body lotion gift set by Atelier Cologne.

Father’s Day Menu is available on June 19, 2022 from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm at HKD 950 per adult and HKD 600 per child for lunch; and from 6:00 to 11:00 pm at HKD 1,480 per adult and HKD 680 per child for dinner.

Throughout the celebration period, three-Michelin-starred French restaurant Caprice will delight guests with Menu Signature (HKD 2,480 per guest) that presents Chef Guillaume Galliot’s timeless dishes, and Menu Connoisseur (HKD 3,588 per guest) that showcases chef’s latest creations crafted with premium seasonal ingredients such as white asparagus. A Themed-Afternoon Tea at The Lounge

From June 12 to 19, 2022, The Lounge will present a Father’s Day Afternoon Tea with themed treats in abundance. Begin the experience with Espresso and Chocolate Ganache Tart. Garnished with a piece of chocolate shaped like a moustache, the crunchiness of the baked chocolate tart and the smoothness of the rich coffee mousse promises a delightful contrast in mouthfeel.

Other attractive creations include Raspberry Crunchy Cake, Cannoli with Chocolate and Pistachio, and Bow Tie Cookie. On June 12, 18 and 19, 2022, the experience will be elevated with the introduction of the live cooking station where waffles with berries, chocolate rocky road sundae, and crème brûlée are prepared à la minute.

Father’s Day Afternoon Tea is available from June 13 to 17, 2022 from 2:30 to 6:00 pm at HKD 658 per set (for two persons), and from 3:00 to 6:00 pm on June 12, 18 and 19, 2022 at HKD 498 per set (for one person) with the live cooking station. Afternoon Treats with Live Cooking Station at Gallery

On June 12, 18 and 19, 2022, bring Dad to Gallery to enjoy an afternoon treats experience where crêpes Suzette with Madagascar vanilla gelato will be cooked to order at the live cooking station. Complemented by treats such as Caraïbe Chocolate and Sicilian Pistachio Tart and Osmanthus scone with homemade makrut lime mango jam, the experience will end on a high note with a cup of artisanal coffee from Omotesando Koffee or a pot of bespoke rare tea from Yu Tea House.

Curated Spa Treatment for Dad

Senior Director of Spa Tania Bardhan has specially designed a treatment program for dads to refresh and recharge.

In the two-hour journey, Dad will first receive a 60-minute therapeutic massage that uses a combination of deep tissue massage techniques and stretching movements supported by the use of Theragun Pro to release soreness and muscle tension. For the next hour, Dad will indulge in a 60-minute executive grooming facial that will conclude with the application of a customised mask that helps to brighten and refine, hydrate and calm the skin. A complimentary bottle of muscle ease oil will help Dad to continue to stay relaxed at home.
