Gallery Treats and Chocolate Fondue

Gallery will feature an afternoon treat offering inspired by the Hotel’s Michelin-starred establishments, focused on beautifully presented East and West tea-time treats paired with single origin coffee and tea and bespoke blends.

Starting now, the latest iteration will feature four new sweets and four new savoury treats, complimented with an osmanthus scone with homemade makrut lime mango jam and devonshire cream.

Gallery Treats is priced at HKD 338 per person on weekdays and HKD 368 per person on weekend with an inclusion of coffee or tea; with an addition of HKD 388 guests can enjoy unlimited top up for Henriot Brut Souverain.

From February 1 to 7 and February 12 to 14, 2022, guests will be greeted with an additional chocolate fondue with myriad condiments including brownie cubes and ice cream lollipops.

Gallery Treats and Chocolate Fondue are available from February 1 to 7 and February 12 to 14, 2022 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at HKD 508 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge.
