Easter Afternoon Tea at The Lounge

Afternoon tea at The Lounge has been reimagined for Easter with spring- and Easter-inspired sweet items created by the Hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan. Delight in an array of delectable treats, with highlights including the Carrot Cake with Smooth Lemon Cheese Crème, which has been made into an adorable carrot look; and the cute Yellow Chick Macarons that play with the refreshing lime flavour with an exquisite almond aroma. Crafted to resemble a sunny-side-up egg, the Mango Sphere on Greek Yoghurt is a multi-layered creation with a base of yoghurt cake and flaxseed, and a middle layer of Greek yoghurt mousse cake topped with a liquid-centred mango sphere. The stalk of the Forest Berries and Chocolate Mushroom is a chocolate financier cake, while the mushroom cap is in fact chocolate mousse.

Equally enticing is the selection of savoury items. Featuring an array of premium ingredients, not-to-be-missed items include Ham, Cheese and Black Truffle “Croque Monsieur” Sandwich, Boston Lobster “Thermidor” in Brioche Bun and Foie Gras and Duck Rillettes Sandwich Roll.

The afternoon tea experience is further elevated with interactive and live station items on April 7-10, 2023. A Smash Chocolate Egg will be served to each table. Upon cracking open the Egg, guests will be pleasantly surprised by the marshmallows and mini Easter Eggs hidden inside. At the live station, guests can indulge in the Lemon Gelato Hot Cross Bun Sandwich, which is a reinterpretation of a traditional Italian dessert that has replaced brioche with hot cross bun in celebration of Easter. Of course, the whole experience is not complete without savouring Four Seasons Signature Scones with Devonshire Cream and Homemade Jam.

Easter Afternoon Tea is available from April 1 to 10, 2023 at HKD 528* per person with live station (April 7 to 10 only), HKD 848* per two persons or HKD 505* per person on weekends, and HKD 808* per two persons or HKD 495* per person on weekdays. The tea set is also available for takeaway at HKD 778 per set (for two persons).

Easter Afternoon Treat at Gallery

From April 7 to 10, 2023, Gallery is complementing its crowd-favourite afternoon tea experience with a live station of the South American panqueque cooked a la minute with dulce de leche folded in and paired with egg nog ice cream. Guests with a sweet tooth will adore the selection of scrumptious treats prepared for them: Lemonade Jelly and Vanilla Verrine features Sicilian lemonade jelly, ladyfingers soaked in Sicilian lemon juice and Madagascan vanilla cream; the 72% Chocolate Filo Tart is made using rich Valrhona 72% chocolate and buttery, flaky pastry with a texture similar to that of an apple strudel; a twist on the traditional apple pie, granny smith apples are made into a compote and combined with dacquoise in the Green Apple and Almond Cake; the adorable Easter Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting is a must-have Easter treat.

Complete the exquisite afternoon tea experience on a high note with a cup of artisanal coffee from Omotesando Koffee, a pot of bespoke rare tea from Yu Tea House, or free-flow champagne at a supplement.

The Easter Afternoon Treat is available from April 7 to 10, 2023 at HKD 528* per person.

A French White Asparagus Corner has also been set up to highlight this luscious seasonal ingredient, and comes with a choice of mousseline sauce, morels stew and apple cider vinaigrette.
