Table for Two: Experience Quattro’s New Tableside Delights and Legendary Service at Four Seasons Hotel Houston
Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Houston has announced the debut of a new dinner menu that highlights the art of tableside service with three new signature dishes. Combining authentic Italian flavours with local and seasonal ingredients, Quattro’s new menu features several beloved classics prepared at the table for an elevated dining experience. Perfect for date night or a family-style meal, guests can choose between the decadent wild mushroom risotto, an impressive tomahawk steak, and Quattro’s signature tiramisu – all prepared at the table with legendary Four Seasons service.
The wild mushroom risotto, made fresh with arborio rice and exotic mushrooms, is brought to the table on a cart and poured into an enormous wheel of imported parmesan, aged for 24-months. The piping hot risotto melts the parmesan as it is tossed inside the wheel until completely covered in cheese, then plated for each guest and finished with local micro basil and freshly shaved black truffles.
For an ultra-premium dining experience, the tomahawk steak for two is a sure bet. The show stopping 48-ounce long-bone ribeye is grilled to perfection, then carved and plated tableside with grilled vegetables, potato purée and a trio of house made sauces: romesco, peppercorn and chimichurri.
Saving room for dessert is key when it comes to Quattro’s signature tiramisu prepared at the table. Watch this classic Italian dessert come to life as each layer of housemade savoiardi cookies are doused in espresso mixed with Marsala, followed by a layer of mascarpone cream and sprinkled with Valrhona chocolate. These steps are repeated for three layers and topped with chocolate-shaped coffee beans for the perfect end to any meal.
