Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, the all-new ultra-luxurious hotel set to debut mid-2018, reveals six distinct food and beverage offerings, welcoming residents and travellers alike to enjoy a new era of dining in Kuala Lumpur.  Located in the exclusive Golden Triangle neighbourhood next to the iconic Petronas Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the Hotel introduces a collection of extraordinary culinary experiences, redefining the city’s epicurean scene and cementing Four Seasons as the new gastronomic hub.

Led by Executive Chef Junious Dickerson, Four Seasons will host four restaurants and two lounges, including a bespoke patisserie shop, each well-appointed to take advantage of the Hotel’s idyllic location in the heart of the city and design-worthy ambiance.  Complementing Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant multi-cultural culinary scene, Four Seasons will bring its renowned global flair to the destination by way of the menus - ranging from traditional Cantonese to a mix of international flavours including western, pan-Asian and Arabic favourites, along with stylish cocktails fashioned by acclaimed mixologists.

Dickerson, a 30-year veteran chef with half of his career centred in Southeast Asia, is celebrated for creating extraordinary gastronomic experiences through artisanal cuisine that touches the heart and soul.  In shaping the restaurant concepts and menus with the food and beverage team, Dickerson notes, “Each restaurant and lounge thoughtfully reflects the authenticity, imagination and innovation that is synonymous with Four Seasons, with special attention influenced by the thriving art scene in Kuala Lumpur.”  Dickerson adds, “Malaysia has some of the finest ingredients and unique traditions – and equally as impressive is the incredible amount of local farmers and purveyors, all of which have influenced our menus and will be integral in delivering outstanding culinary experiences.”

As part of Dickerson’s arsenal in creating the most coveted new dining scene in Kuala Lumpur, he has recruited two extraordinary experts in the food and beverage community – acclaimed Chinese Chef Jimmy Wong, specialising in traditional Cantonese cuisine, and award-winning bartender Ashish Sharma.  “Chef Jimmy and Ashish both bring an incredible vision, meticulous attention to detail, and undeniable talent to their craft – and our guests will have the unique opportunity to witness their respective showmanship and savour their artisanal creations,” noted Chef Junious Dickerson.

Bar Trigona – In this stylish new cocktail bar, discover where creative cocktails collide with the most coveted masters of their craft.  Bar Trigona, named after Malaysia’s native trigona bee – which produces some of the world’s most sought-after wild honey - boasts hand-crafted cocktails, curated spirits, wines and beers, and light food pairings, all anchored by Four Seasons hospitality.  Inspired by Malaysia’s rich and diverse flora, celebrated head bartender Ashish Sharma has developed a captivating menu with an emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients.  Sip, savour and enjoy classic cocktails with a reimagined twist, while taking in breathtaking skyline views from this coveted new venue.

The Lounge at Four Seasons – Paying homage to Malaysia’s traditional open-air dwellings, The Lounge transports guests to an enchanting setting – bringing the outdoors in, with an elegant, yet relaxed ambiance.  In true Four Seasons fashion, The Lounge is the heart of the Hotel – a sophisticated setting, yet accessible and inviting.  It’s an idyllic venue to savour a leisurely breakfast, light lunch, or delicious dinner.  Feast on classic fare, such as burgers and steak frites to club sandwiches and caesar salads, along with a collection of Malaysian favourites incorporating the same bold flavours, but with a contemporary presentation.  The Lounge is an idyllic gathering place to indulge in the customary enjoyment of afternoon tea, accompanied by a curated selection of classic tea sandwiches and decadent pastries, reflective of the seasons and sourced using the finest ingredients.

Curate – Inspired by the world’s best theatres, Curate takes centre stage with its innovative all-day dining buffet that offers a full sensory experience like no other.  The modern space serves up cutting edge, yet accessible cuisine – featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a stylish show kitchen ambiance for all to admire.  The international buffet menu is infused with an assortment of local and seasonal sustainable ingredients.  Designed to indulge epicurean curiosities, Curate cultivates interactive and playful dialogue between the guests and the performers – the chefs.  Witness the showmanship – from hand-pulled noodles and rumali roti, to handmade pizzas tossed steps away from the table. Decadent by Four Seasons– This contemporary café and shop is dedicated to satisfying sweet indulgences with the finest, handcrafted artisanal confections.  As with its namesake, Decadent offers an extravagant, yet equally playful and hedonistic menu of edible art featuring modern twists on old classics.  Here, the confections are displayed like a whimsical jewel box, featuring everything from made-to-order gelato to artisanal chocolates, seasonal tarts, desserts, baked goods, pastries and delicate cakes.   Equally as dreamy, Decadent features an assortment of artisanal, hand-roasted coffee ranging from nitro coffee to class espresso, well suited for the connoisseur.
