Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas Reveals Plans for 2023 Room Redesign

October 12, 2022,
Las Vegas, U.S.A.

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas will embark on a multi-million dollar room redesign in 2023. The enhancements will be completed in two phases, touching all 424 guest rooms and suites. The first phase will include 404 standard rooms, executive and one-bedroom suites; phase two will focus on the Hotel’s twenty specialty suites. The new room design is the vision of Kara Smith of KES Studio in Los Angeles, who brings her boutique atelier aesthetic to create a tranquil oasis in the bustling urban landscape of Las Vegas, balancing contemporary design elements that provide a sense of place, softer feel and more residential environment.

The perfect sanctuary for both leisure and business travellers, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is a AAA Five Diamond enclave steps from the world-renowned energy of the Las Vegas Strip. Inspiration for the refurbishment is drawn from the light of the surrounding desert and the undulating horizon of the Vegas Valley. Cool earth tones are reflected in the natural materials of wood, stone and metals ubiquitous in new case goods, modern artwork, lighting concepts, wall accents, floor coverings and private bar. The unsurpassed comfort of Four Seasons signature beds is the heart of each room outfitted with fully upholstered headboards with reading lights and multiple power charging stations. A well-defined work area allows guests to remain productive, with top-of-the-line technology for communication and entertainment.
