Also included is a special Dom Pérignon pairing experience On The Terrace, the Hotel’s floral festooned and leafy al fresco oasis. Enjoy Dom Pérignon by the glass, paired with exquisite canapés that promise to enhance every champagne sip. Enjoy three different vintages, including a rosé 2006, each paired with exceptional canapés. Choose from savoury choices such as chicken tender tempura with red pepper coulis and citrus gel; or hand-dived scallop with oscietra caviar and peach carpaccio; or pair with delectable dessert canapés such as a pistachio and strawberry cube with Valrhona white chocolate; and a passionfruit tartlet with caramelised banana.

There’s also an expertly made seasonal cocktail by Bar Manager Ivan Arena and, from the new al fresco Park Lane Parlour, delicious ice cream sandwiches created by Executive Pastry Chef Yam Lok Hin in varieties including white chocolate cookie with strawberry ice cream and matcha cookie with Earl Grey ice cream alongside a thirst-quenching iced tea. Available On the Terrace or take away to enjoy while exploring the capital.
