Celebrate Fall at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills with a Culina Cab Fest and End of Summer Barbecue

Celebrate the beginning of fall with a Culina Cab Fest and End of Summer Barbecue at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, featuring Pitmaster and Guest Chef Jack Arnold of Snake River Farms and Big Green Egg from Wednesday, October 16 through Saturday, October 19, 2019.

The Culina Cab Fest kicks off this four-day celebration starting Wednesday, October 16 with a special Chappellet Wine Dinner featuring a meticulously prepared five-course prix-fixe menu created by Culina and Vinoteca Chef de Cuisine Luca Moriconi and six perfectly paired Chappellet Wines curated by Culina and Vinoteca Sommelier David Gary starting at 7:00 pm (USD 175 plus tax and gratuity per person). In addition, Vinoteca will feature a Chappellet Mountain Cuvee by the Glass and Culina will be offering each of its California cabs by the Bottle for 30 to 50 percent off all throughout the festival.

The celebration will conclude with an sumptuous end of summer barbecue by welcoming Pitmaster and Guest Chef Jack Arnold of Snake River Farms and Big Green Egg on Saturday, October 19, where they will offer a very special Pronto Market Barbecue Buffet (USD 65 per person), which will showcase a variety of traditional barbecue favourites from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. Additionally, Culina also will feature a special a la carte dinner menu including specialty dishes that will showcase Snake River meats, along with a selection of specially priced California cabs, specialty cocktails, local craft beers and non-alcoholic beverages.

Culina will be open for dinner on Wednesday, October 16 from 6:00 until 10:30 pm, and Thursday, October 17 through Saturday, October 19 from 6:00 to 11:00 pm. The Culina Cab Fest Chappellet Wine Dinner will start at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16 for USD 175 plus tax and gratuity per person. Lunch will be served Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm, and the Culina Cab Fest and End of Summer Pronto Market Barbecue Buffet will be served on Saturday, October 19 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm for USD 65 per person.
