Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills welcomes guests and local residents to celebrate Thanksgiving with three exclusive menu offerings that can be enjoyed with loved ones at the Hotel or at home. The various menus feature a selection of traditional Thanksgiving favourites created and prepared by the Hotel’s culinary team.

Thanksgiving Brunch at Culina

Enjoy an all-day Thanksgiving Brunch at Culina prepared by Chef Luca Moriconi. The three-course prix fixe menu includes traditional fare such as turkey with cornbread stuffing, whipped potato, sage gravy and cranberry sauce. Family-style sides include mashed sweet potatoes, rosemary and olive oil roasted vegetables and lobster mac and cheese. Other non-traditional menu items include a pan-roasted striped bass, wagyu beef cheek and a squash ravioli with black truffle. Save room for a selection of desserts including a spiced pear cake and pumpkin pie.

Have Thanksgiving dinner prepared by the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and enjoy it from the comfort of home with loved ones. Featuring all the trimmings of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner, the menu includes a whole or half turkey, family-style sides including a blood orange cranberry sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing and more. A selection of pumpkin, chocolate banana cream and pecan pies are offered for dessert.

Thanksgiving dinner orders must be called in by November 19 and will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, and Thanksgiving Day between 7:00 am and 12:00 noon.
