Celebrate Mother’s Day at Culina with an extensive brunch prepared by Executive Chef Mitch Austin. The menu will feature brunch favourites including made-to-order eggs and omelets, belgian waffles, ricotta cheese blintzes, and morning pastries as well as fresh fruits, a mezze station, and artisanal salads. Additional appetizers include selections of California cheeses, nigiri sushi, rolls, king crab claws, oysters, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, and more. A traditional carving station takes centre stage with roasted prime rib, slow roasted leg and shoulder of lamb, and salmon en croute and additional entrée selections include braised short rib, Thai chicken curry, Atlantic salmon, truffle macaroni and cheese, and more. A children’s buffet will also be available with chicken tenders, ham and cheese sandwiches, pizza, and more. Finish the meal with sweets treats including house made doughnuts, cotton candy made to order, mini French pastries, and more.
