Four Seasons Hotel Macao Presents “An Exquisite Garden Party”

Inspired by sumptuous entertainments from France known as fête champêtre during the 18th century, Four Seasons Hotel Macao enhances the experience of an elegant garden party this year with a new menu and a more magnificent ambiance, since the successful launch of its first luxurious picnic in 2020.

The Splash Lawn at Four Seasons Hotel Macao is the best place to be for a gathering with friends and family. To create a refined garden party for the sophisticated few, the culinary team meticulously designed a lavish menu to satisfy discerning palates. With the influence of rich French heritage in gastronomy and aristocratic nuances behind the concept of fête champêtre, the menu includes a selection of classics such as pâté de foie gras served on brioche and perfectly baked coquilles St. Jacques topped with garlic and gruyere cheese for an extra layer of umami. For those with a sweet tooth, a taste of éclair au chocolat is sure to delight with its nutty intensity and abundance of cocoa flavours. On the other hand, madeleines au citron pleases with its simplicity and a hint of acidity.

Starting from June 8, 2022, one booking for 10 persons will be available daily from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, priced at MOP 5,280 on weekdays and MOP 5,880 on weekends and public holidays. A maximum of 14 persons are accepted at an additional price of MOP 588 per person. Children aged 12 or below can participate on a complimentary basis.
