Taverna 37 Restaurant at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens Comes to Azzera Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech
Four Seasons Resort Marrakech announces that Chef Dimitra Kotouza, Greek Chef from the vibrant beachfront Taverna 37 at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, is coming to Azzera Restaurant Marrakech featuring a full menu of Greek delights from salads to mezze, seafood and more from May 2 to July 1, 2023.
Guests of Azzera Restaurant Marrakech can look forward to experiencing a new culinary concept that offers colourful, familiar and contemporary interpretations of traditional Greek cuisine at the hands of Chef Dimitra, who invests in the quality of the raw ingredients and selects the finest products from the Resort's vegetable garden, Cretan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, Bottarga, and more.
Some of the dishes guests can expect include the famous Taverna 37 signature Dakos salad with cherry tomatoes, wild capers, barley, rusk and Cretan cheese; a selection of savoury traditional family style hot and cold “paramana” appetizers; a seabass carpaccio served with lemon, herbs, chilli, Bottarga, and extra virgin olive oil; and a moussaka with its slow-cooked beef, smoked aubergines, vegetables and béchamel.
Rather than fuss over presentation, Chef Dimitra focuses on respecting the products and flavours above all else. She states, “I look forward to visiting Marrakech and introducing the valued guests of Azzera to my cuisine, which can be described as an elevated twist of traditional and all-time favourite Greek recipes.”
Over the last few years, Taverna 37 has collaborated with multiple restaurants at Four Seasons properties in the region and beyond for its unique takeovers.
