Fatima León, World Class Mexico 2017 winner, is part of Fifty Mils’ team at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City.

Born in Mexico, Fátima has dedicated most of her life to mixology and service, starting at the best establishments, which formed and led her to success. Fatima was a head of bar from 2011 to 2015, gaining an incredible reputation within the world of bartending and mixology, starting in Delirio and Casa Virginia, both establishments created by the Chef Mónica Patiño. In 2014 she moved to Berlin, Germany where she learned more about cocktail creations and the making of a cocktail menu.

After being away from home, she returned to Mexico in 2015 and established herself in Playa del Carmen, joining Almirante Pech and Bovinos, where she managed to reinforce her techniques in mixology and opened her field of work covering more topics related to service.

In 2016 she moved to Mexico City, joining the Fifty Mils team, being the only woman behind its bar. In May 2016, she won fourth place in the WORLD CLASS MEXICO national competition. Her consistency, passion and professionalism towards mixology helped her win first place in WORLD CLASS MEXICO 2017, which cemented her position as the best bartender in Mexico.
