The spectacular Presidential Suite encompasses wraparound views of Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, and the surrounding Brickell neighbourhood. Furnished in a residential style with silk covered walls and down filled couches, it has seen the likes of celebrities, rock stars, pop icons and more. A formal dining room lit by a hanging Murano crystal chandelier with accenting lamps is suitable for private meals with a loved one. The bedroom furnishings consist of an exotic-wood four-poster bed and dressing area complete with an expansive his-and-hers walk-in closet.
The exclusive Valentine’s package consists of three evenings in the extraordinary Presidential Suite, a welcome amenity of Dom Pérignon Champagne accompanied with chocolate covered strawberries and additional handmade sweets made by Executive Pastry Chef Laszlo Bollok. As the perfect Valentine’s gift, local partner and friends of Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Jason of Beverly Hills, located in the nearby Miami Design District, will provide a five-heart diamond necklace made with .38 cttw of white diamonds with a choice of an 18 kt rose gold, white gold, or yellow gold for the special lady. The romance continues with a special custom five-course Valentine’s Day dinner made personally by Executive Chef Aaron Brooks in the most romantic spot on the property - in front of Niclas Castillo’s This Kiss. The eye catching sculpture is a reinterpretation of the classic symbol of affection and is made from cast aluminium with a reflective candy apple red glossy coating. Lovers are also welcome to take part in a daily complimentary poolside cabana located on the Hotel’s expansive outdoor oasis during their three night stay.

Executive Chef Aaron Brooks offers an exceptional five-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu in the Hotel’s signature restaurant EDGE Steak & Bar. Guests will start off with roasted east coast oysters paired with warm stone crab lemon butter, followed by a delicious play on the traditional Surf and Turf with Key West pink shrimp and Australian wagyu beef, and a sweet and decadent dessert shaped in The Kiss, made with chocolates by Cao Chocolates, who use single origin cacao beans from small farms around the world to create fine chocolates made locally in Miami. Raise a glass and toast to love, by enhancing the dining experience with a Ruinart Rosé Champagne pairing, an indulgent, fruity, and aromatic beverage suitable for sweethearts for an additional USD 150 per bottle. For all couples who order off the special menu, Chef Aaron Brooks will gift Pancakes in a Jar, with house made red velvet pancake mix and recipe to continue the romance and celebration the next morning.
