Moskovsky Bar

For those who enjoy dancing and live music paired with cocktails - dinner at Moskovsky Bar is exactly what’s needed to celebrate St. Valentine’s Day. On February 14 and 15, 2020, Moskovsky Bar is holding a party with cover band performance, DJ sets, signature cocktails from the bar’s mixologists and special four-course dinner designed by the Hotel’s Sous Chef Ilya Karpaev. For the starter, her serves foie gras with homemade pear jam, and shrimp and avocado salad with cucumber tartare. Chef Karpaev has prepared two options of the main course to choose from - parrotfish fillet with asparagus, or fillet mignon steak with potato. For dessert, the Hotel’s pastry team has created rose éclairs with incredibly beautiful presentation and a compliment for ladies. For this very special occasion, Moskovsky Bar mixologists designed two special cocktails: Fidanzata and Tanto Sbagliato, inspired by the Hotel’s bartenders’ favourite ingredients. Fidanzata – in Italian: engaged woman or a woman whose heart is taken – is a light fresh vodka cocktail with lychee puree, elderflower, jasmine and lemongrass notes, white vermouth and a drop of coconut. Tanto Sbagliato is a complete opposite to the first drink — a bright, strong and playfully “wrong” Negroni with berry scrub and sparkling wine.

The cost of the set menu is RUB 2350 er person, the cost of cocktails Fidanzata and Tanto Sbagliato is RUB 750 per drink. Guests who prefer Champagne will be able to enjoy Veuve Clicquot Cuvee Saint-Petersbourg at a special price of RUB 1500 per person.

Quadrum

On February 14 and 15, 2020, Quadrum restaurant invites couples to a special romantic five-course dinner crafted by Four Seasons Hotel Moscow Sous Chef Christian De Nadai, accompanied by live music and a breath-taking view of the Red Square. This year Chef De Nadai has focused on seafood that promises to boost lovers’ feelings, and the Hotel’s pastry team has prepared a tempting dessert with rhubarb, wild strawberry, passion fruit and prosecco jelly. Dinner starts with an original amuse bouche - marinated salmon, pickled raspberry and Greek yogurt curd, followed by crudo of Sicilian red prawns and homemade crab ravioli. Chef offers two main courses to choose from - steamed seabass fillet with oysters tartare; or grilled lamb and artichokes – both with a little spice to complement the atmosphere of the night. A complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot Cuvee Saint-Petersbourg is served along with the set.

The cost of the set menu is RUB 5900 per person, including a glass of Veuve Clicquot Cuvee Saint-Petersbourg. An extra glass of Champagne will cost 1500 RUB.

Amnis Spa

Another great way to celebrate love is to escape to the Amnis Spa for a day. On February 14 and 15, 2020, choose any treatment from the spa menu, enjoy it together in one of the couple’s suites and relax by the pool with a glass of Champagne.
